I am a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant / MBA and have worked in various sectors for 30 + years. During the last 15 years I have worked as a senior interim, with a number of roles as a Finance Director. Other roles have involved leading organisations through periods of change and process improvements. This has involved working in large PLC’s to small private equity funded companies. I have also spent 5 years working in the SME sector as a part-time Finance Director.
I have worked in a wide range of sector from Retail, Aviation, Financial Services to Healthcare. My experience is predominately business services, although I have some manufacturing experience.
My main area of expertise is preparing business plans and financial modelling.
Since 2011 I have provided business start-up mentoring for the Enterprise Agency, Lets do Business, Virgin Start-up, under the Government’s NEA and SUL schemes. I wanted to get involved in helping local businesses and this has gradually developed into providing a wide range of business mentoring services, working with Chichester University on their Hot House Programme.
Although our practice is licenced by the Association of Accounting Technicians, I have a practising certificate with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
